Customers seeking to rent vehicles;
Car Rental Providers (Partners) offering vehicles for booking.
RentalCarScan does not own, operate, or control any vehicles listed on the platform.
This platform supports two user roles:
Customers: Individuals who use the platform to search, compare, and book rental vehicles.
Partners (Car Rental Providers): Businesses or individuals who list their rental vehicles and services on the platform.
Each user type agrees to abide by the specific responsibilities outlined below.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Partners must comply with all legal and regulatory requirements in their respective operating jurisdictions.
You agree to use RentalCarScan only for lawful purposes and not to:
Misrepresent personal or business information;
Use automated tools to extract data;
Post or transmit malicious software or abusive content.
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate booking and payment details;
Comply with the terms of the selected car rental provider;
Not hold RentalCarScan liable for issues related to provider services, vehicle conditions, or pricing.
Partners agree to:
List only available, legal, and properly insured vehicles;
Maintain accurate pricing, availability, and rental terms;
Provide customer service to renters as required;
Fulfill all confirmed bookings unless prevented by force majeure;
Indemnify RentalCarScan against any claims arising from their operations or listings.
RentalCarScan reserves the right to suspend or remove listings that violate these terms or damage the platform’s reputation.
Prices are set by Partners and displayed via the RentalCarScan platform.
Some prices may exclude taxes, fees, insurance, or extras.
Payments may be processed by third-party systems or directly by the Partner, depending on the listing.
RentalCarScan may charge a service or referral fee, disclosed before booking.
Cancellation policies are determined by the Partner and presented at checkout.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to the Partner's terms.
RentalCarScan is not responsible for delays, denials, or disputes related to refunds or cancellations.
Users may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities conducted under it.
All site content, including brand name, layout, and code, is the intellectual property of RentalCarScan or its licensors. You may not reuse or reproduce any content without written permission.
RentalCarScan strives for uptime and accessibility but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or outages may occur without notice.
RentalCarScan is not responsible for:
The accuracy or legality of listings;
Any loss, damage, or injury arising from the rental process;
Disputes between Customers and Partners;
Indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability of RentalCarScan is limited to the amount paid (if any) to the platform directly.
We may suspend or terminate access to any user at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to the platform or other users.
We may revise these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
